Home Education Week Festivities
Next week is Home Education Week in Nebraska! Dana is asking us to celebrate with her. She listed several interesting writing prompts to inspire post after post. I look forward to reading the entries.
Do Texans enjoy such a note worthy holiday? I scoured the internet, but only found one reference to Home School Appreciation Week in an eight year old speech by Congressman Ron Paul. Does Texas really appreciate us? Any more information would be appreciated.
Thank you, Renae, for reminding me. I read about that some time ago, I think it was in the very speech you posted, but I forgot about it. :-) I wish we had a Home Education Week in our state but we don’t. Maybe some day.
