Thank you all. I am amazed at her resiliency. She was quite shaken for an hour or two after it happened and just sat quietly while I held her. By dinner time, she decided to eat with us. There have been only a few comments about it since.
Gaping wounds are new to me. My son is always so careful; therefore, he’s never done anything like this.
That looks like it really hurt! Poor little one!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I used elastic for the waistband, cut about 3 inches shorter than the waist measurement.
Blessings~

What pretty eyes; tough girl.
There are people in Hollywood who pay alot of money for lips that look like that. :p
What a cutie! It’s amazing how kids can weather what would put an adult in bed for two days.

That is one beautiful child!
Yikes! I wanted to say “Ouch” when I saw her lip, so that’s the perfect title for the picture. I’m glad that it’s better now.
“Ouch!”
Our bodies are amazing…the way that they heal,
especially children’s.
Ouch, so I guess next time she will be more careful with her bike.. No worries , it will just heal immediately. Hope her lips are getting okay now.
