I am grateful to those who nominated me, and appreciate all my readers. You challenge me to think, compose, and endure. Knowing we are in this home school adventure together is such an encouragement. May our children grow strong in character and love for the preservation of liberty and the glory of God.

Congratulations! A bit late in coming over to check out your new template, and I think I missed your other new template, but oh well. This one is nice…I like green. Have fun with the code…I’ll let you learn it and then I’ll ask you a bunch of questions.
I did learn how to get my favicon back, though. (I think). We’ll see if it is there tomorrow!

Thanks! You didn’t miss a template. I switched from the brown one, but I did try every theme available here yesterday.
I’ll let you know when I figure out CSS. It is overwhelming to me right now, but six months ago the whole blogging thing was, too.
What is favicon? I didn’t know it was missing. Do I need one? : )
I think Dana is talking about the one on her site. :) A favicon is the little icon in the addres bar. Here at HSJ it’s the little red house, black roof with HJ in it. (points up)

Thank you very much. I don’t know about deserving it, but it is fun to be included.
Yep…mine used to be a little pillar, but then I realized it looks an awful lot like HSLDA’s. So I adapted one for my windmill, but couldn’t figure out how to do it in wordpress. But I haven’t tried to do it yet. You will hopefully one day soon see a pretty windmill instead of a blue checked box in the url box of my blog.
Dana – jusyt make a 16 pixel by 16 pixel graphic and call it favicon.ico . Then plunk it in the root directory of your installation (where the index.php is).
I really love your new template and it works so much better for me on dial up to leave a comment too!!
