A New Journey Begins

Last year God challenged me to begin a blog. When I mentioned the thought to a friend she asked, “Why?” It was not issued as a challenge, but as a sincere question of purpose. Yes, why would the Father encourage me to blog? It will take time, thought, and transparency. I will be exposing my own struggles and victories. Why would God want me to put all of that on the internet?

The answer that I gave to my friend remains true. I believe that God wants me to record what He does in and through me, not to aggrandize myself, but to give Him the glory. Hopefully others will be strengthened on their journey by reading about mine.

    I’m excited that u’ve joined the blogging world! Maybe it’ll help me get back to it. I’ve often wondered why I should blog as I too felt that maybe the Lord wanted me to record my journey to help someone else but inconsistency seems to remain consistent in various parts of my life…sigh…so I press on and I delight in encouraging you along your way!!!! Glad u r here!
